Recycling 5000 tons of plastic per year

As we celebrate Earth Day only once a year, we must strive to recycle all year round. It is with this in mind that Les Plastiques Qualiplast is committed to protecting the environment by recycling plastic on a daily basis. We recycle more than 5000 tons of plastic per year. This represents 26% of our total purchases.

 

Plastic recycling to avoid landfilling (zero waste)

This ecological approach to recycling plastic allows us to avoid landfilling and allows us in particular to conserve energy. Indeed, the recycling of materials requires energy, however, it is much less compared to what is needed to manufacture new products. Product manufacturing made of recycled plastic saves energy and raw materials.
